BOOKING POLICY

If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice - any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or no-shows will result in a $50 fee.

Please ensure you complete the online intake and consent forms that will be available for your review after booking. Please fill out the required forms 24 hours before your appointment.

APPOINTMENT POLICY - LATE ARRIVAL NOTICE

Please be advised that arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time may result in cancellation of your appointment. To ensure we can provide quality service to all clients and maintain our schedule, we require punctual arrival. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. Late arrivals may be accommodated based on availability, but cannot be guaranteed. In the event of cancellation due to late arrival, standard cancellation policies will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve you and all our clients effectively.
